About the role
The product already has a look. You will decide what is allowed to diverge, hire or contract the designers who extend it, and review the flows that touch money, stock, or a customer-facing portal. You still design the hard screens yourself. Remote contract.
What you'll do
- Own the design principles and the critique that enforces them
- Review shipping UI for warehouse, purchasing, and portal flows before it is called done
- Plan the design capacity against the roadmap, and say when a date ignores design
- Keep marketing pages and the product from drifting into two brands
What we're looking for
- You have directed product design for a shipped B2B application
- A portfolio that includes systems and dense workflows, not only marketing sites

- Operations, ERP, or multi-tenant admin products
