Head of UX

About the role

You will set the research cadence, review other designers' flows, and be the person who can say a feature is not understandable yet. The domain is warehouse operations: counts, purchasing, orders, and the portals around them. Remote contract, with a written monthly note on what users still cannot do.

What you'll do

• Choose the workflows that get direct user time each month
• Review designs for comprehension, not only visual consistency
• Define how we will know a UX change worked, before it ships
• Connect repeated support and onboarding friction to a design backlog product can schedule

What we're looking for

• You have led UX on a B2B product and can point to a decision that changed because of research
• Comfortable challenging a roadmap item that users cannot complete
