About the role
Releases here are small and frequent. You will keep the checklist honest: migrations reviewed, notes written, and the status page or changelog updated when something customer-visible ships or slips. You do not merge code. You make sure the people who do have not skipped the steps we already agreed on. Remote contract.
What you'll do
- Maintain the release checklist and chase the open items before a customer-facing change goes out
- Confirm changelog and help text match what actually shipped
- Record incidents that started as a release, and the follow-up owner
- Keep a simple calendar of planned changes support and success can read
What we're looking for
- You have coordinated software releases, launches, or change windows
- Comfortable reading a pull request description and asking what the customer will see
Nice to have
- A product with database migrations or multi-tenant data
