About the role
Marketing pages sell the product. You document it: imports, warehouse setup, barcodes, and the portal. You will update a page in the same week the behavior changes, and you will delete steps that no longer exist. Remote contract. Screenshots come from the product, not a mock.
What you'll do
- Write and revise help articles from the shipped UI
- Check a changed flow and patch the doc before the release note goes out
- Name the permission required for each admin task
- Flag a screen that cannot be documented because the empty state is missing
What we're looking for
- Documentation for a software product other people use
- You cut steps that are obvious and keep the ones that are not
