Inventory control

Stock levels that update automatically

Every sales order, purchase receipt, return, and manual adjustment moves through the stock ledger in real time. You never need to reconcile a spreadsheet at the end of the day.

Multiple warehouses

Track stock separately per location. Transfer inventory between warehouses. See stock totals across all locations or drill into a single warehouse.

Reorder point alerts

Set a minimum stock level per item. When stock drops below that threshold, it's flagged in the replenishment view so you can create a purchase order before you run out.

Batch & expiry tracking

Batch/lot number tracking

Every item can be tracked by batch number. Receiving a purchase order? Assign a batch. Fulfilling a sales order? Pick from available batches. Every unit traces back to where it came from.

Per-batch expiry dates

Each batch gets its own expiry date. The system tracks what's expiring soon and surfaces it before it becomes a write-off. No spreadsheet, no manual lookup.

Sell oldest stock first (FEFO)

First Expired, First Out. The system recommends the earliest-expiring batch when you're picking stock for an order, so your oldest inventory moves out before it expires.

Serial number tracking

For items that require individual unit tracking, Count My Boxes supports serial numbers. Track which specific unit went to which customer, and trace it back if needed.
