Show different products at different prices to different customers — all from one inventory. Your wholesale accounts see their catalog. Your retail accounts see theirs. No duplication, no separate systems.
A price list changes how much a customer pays. A storefront changes what they see entirely — product selection, prices, and their buying experience. Your wholesale customer only sees items they're allowed to order, at their negotiated rates. Your retail customer sees a completely different catalog. Same inventory, zero overlap.
You create storefronts in Count My Boxes and assign a price list to each one. You then choose which items are visible in each storefront — or you can show everything and rely on the price list alone. Customers are assigned to a storefront when you set up their account.
When a customer logs into their portal, they automatically land on their storefront. They only ever see the products and prices you configured for their account. They can't browse other storefronts.
All orders from all storefronts flow into the same Count My Boxes dashboard. You manage one inventory, one team, one system — and each customer group gets an experience tailored to them.
The How It Works page shows exactly how a customer logs in, browses live stock levels, places an order, and how that order reaches your team as a confirmed Sales Order — step by step.
