Inventory for distributors who sell the same item at ten different prices.

Wholesale is a pricing and promise-keeping problem before it is a stock problem. Count My Boxes turns an accepted quote into a sales order, keeps each account's negotiated price on its own storefront, and gives staff a clear next step when an order is short.

Why this usually falls apart

A quote is a document someone retypes

Sales sends a PDF, the customer says yes, and someone re-keys every line into a sales order, with a chance to type a different price than the one that was promised.

Every account has a price, and it lives in someone's head

Wholesale accounts don't pay list price. A new hire quotes retail to your oldest account, or the wrong rate to a new one, and nobody notices until the invoice.

A shortage is a phone call

You confirm an order you can't fully fill. Someone has to notice, decide what to reorder, and remember to tell the customer.

The catalog lives in a spreadsheet

Prices, costs and pack sizes get edited in a sheet, then re-imported, then edited again. The sheet and the system drift apart.

What Count My Boxes does here

Quotes that become sales orders

The customer accepts the quote and Accept creates the sales order with the same lines and prices. Nothing is retyped, so nothing drifts from what was promised.

Negotiated storefront prices

Each account gets its own storefront with override prices on the items you negotiated. Everyone shares one stock count, so a price is set once.

Shortages: backorder after confirm

Confirm an order you can't fully fill and staff can backorder the shortage to a purchase order. Backorders are a company setting, so turn it on if you want it.

Quick Edit for catalog changes

Change prices, costs and details for many items in one grid instead of round-tripping a spreadsheet. Catalog CSV import is there for the bulk load.

Scan from the phone

Receive, count and pick with the phone camera. No scanner gun needed on the warehouse floor.

Your customers can order for themselves too

Accounts can sign in to their storefront to shop, see their orders and invoices, and check tracking once a shipment exists. That is a topic of its own.
